A Treasured Gift and a wee finish

A most gorgeous gift arrived for me all the way from ireland…

Irish teddy bear gift from Gaynor

This was a gift from Gaynor (Stitchers’ Anon) in appreciation of the Peace pillow I sent her a couple of months ago. A lovely postcard from Galway and an angel keyring were also included in the parcel. Thanks again, Gaynor 🙂 You really didn’t have to, but I do appreciate your thoughtfulness.

On the stitching front, I only managed a wee finish. I’ve stitched this design once, for a Fair Square exchange. Not sure yet how I want to finish it …

Spiralbre, freebie design by Carole D (www.cargaudlabrico.com)

Fabric: Weeks Dye Works Mocha 35count
Thread: Gentle Art, Black Crow

I’ve fallen into the stitching doldrums 😦 I’m only able to complete a few rows at a time so my progress has slowed down considerably. I want my stitching mojo back!

Happy Stitching to you all 😉

Certified X-stitch addict and lover of tea, fabrics and beads. I work in the vocational education and training sector and in my spare time potter around in the garden growing roses. I'm mum to two adult children of whom I'm very proud.

I hope you get your mojo back soon! My problem is a chronic lack of time – I’ll send you some mojo if you could send me some time. 😉

  2. Deal! I’ll swap you 1 hr for 1 hr mojo per day…

hope your mojo come back soon.
    Hugs xxx
